Kevin Mayne is a passionate and enthusiastic IT/Cybersecurity professional, and a veteran of the US Army infantry. He is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Cybersecurity Technology and loves to spend his free time reading about or refining his skills as they relate to cybersecurity and cloud technologies. Kevin is a lifelong learner with a growth-mindset, and believes that any challenge can be overcome with dedication and perseverance. Serving in the Army has provided him with many skills, experiences, and opportunities. Originally from Marin County in the San Francisco Bay Area where he grew up playing baseball and football, he currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro area with his wife, daughter, soon to be son, and dog. He studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley before earning his Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland's Global Campus while on Active Duty. Kevin remains a faithful Bay Area sports fan and hopes to return to his roots to pursue his career and raise his family.
